Bleecker & Prince Company & Return Policy

At Bleecker & Prince, we believe in being open, honest, and fair—just like the jewelry we create. We want you to feel confident and empowered when making a purchase with us, so here’s everything you need to know about cancellations, repairs, warranties, gemstones, order timelines, custom designs, and valuations.

We make it simple and clear because we value your trust. Our policies comply with US laws to ensure a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience.


Transaction Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel a purchase within 14 business days of receiving your item or the transaction details (whichever comes later), as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note:

  • Custom-made and special-order jewelry cannot be canceled.

  • Products marked as "made to order" or on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.


Repairs and Warranty

Your Bleecker & Prince piece is made to last, but if life happens, we’ve got you covered.

  • All jewelry comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering reasonable wear and tear. This doesn’t cover loss, theft, or damage to the central diamond.

  • Custom-designed or redesigned pieces include a 1-year warranty for side diamonds up to 0.03 carats (excluding the central diamond).

  • After the warranty period, we offer repairs for a fee. Repairs can take up to 21 business days, depending on the complexity.

  • Repairs completed by third parties void our warranty.

  • Enjoy one free cleaning per year—just make sure it’s been at least 3 months since purchase.


Gemstone Collection Care

Our gemstone jewelry is crafted from natural stones—beautiful, but also delicate.

  • To keep them in perfect condition, handle with care and avoid any impacts.

  • Remove your jewelry during workouts, showers, or cooking to prevent damage.

  • Store your pieces in their designated boxes when not in use.

If a gemstone breaks, we don’t offer adhesive repairs—instead, we craft a new piece for you, with a deductible to cover the costs.
Please note that gemstone repairs can take up to 35 business days due to production and shipping from New York.


Order Timelines

We know you’re excited to receive your new piece, so here’s how long it usually takes:

  • Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: Delivered within 7 business days.

  • Gold and Diamond Jewelry: Ready in 14 to 21 business days.

  • Enamel Jewelry: Ready in 21 to 30 business days.

  • Gemstone Jewelry: Ready in 30 to 45 business days.

If you need your piece by a specific date, let us know—we’ll do our best to make it happen!


Custom Designs

Creating something truly unique takes time. Our custom designs generally take about 6 to 8 weeks, plus an additional 21 business days once approved for final production.
Custom projects start at $5,000.


Delivery

We offer home delivery only for all purchases—no self-pickup or drop-off options available.
